More applicants for a cleaning company

A growing cleaning company kept needing new staff and wanted more business clients. We made sure job seekers found the company on Google, and showed every quarter what it delivered.

Finding staff in a tight market

The company was growing and constantly needed new cleaners. Including people who don't speak Dutch. At the same time it wanted more business clients.

The website wasn't really helping with either. Vacancies were hard to find, and anyone wanting a quote had to work out for themselves what they needed.

What it delivered

Job applications grew strongly and the company ranks higher on Google on average. The peak was partly driven by Google Jobs. After that the number dropped back a little, but stayed above every quarter of the year before.

How we measure these figures
  1. Own data From 34 to 162 job applications per quarter
    Period
    Q1 2025 to Q1 2026
    Measured with
Application forms on the website (Dutch and English), counted from the form exports
    Status
    Confirmed on 12 October 2026
  2. Own data Average position on Google from 18.7 to 13.1
    Period
    Q1 2026 to Q2 2026
    Measured with
    Google Search Console
    Status
    Confirmed on 12 October 2026

When the company also started advertising on the radio, we measured whether that brought in extra applications. It didn't. And that's exactly what the report said.

Quote requests from businesses are picking up more slowly. That's what we're working on now.
