A website that leads visitors to a first conversation
A therapist had a warm, personal website. But visitors couldn't easily tell what to do next. We rewrote and reorganised the site around one clear question.
A lovely site that brought in few bookings
The old site mostly talked about the therapist. Visitors couldn't quickly see what was in it for them. There were lots of buttons side by side, each asking for something different.
As a result, visitors left without booking a session.
What we did
- An analysis of the old site, seen through the eyes of a visitor.
- Copy that starts with how the visitor feels, not with the therapist.
- A simple menu with names everyone understands.
- One main button on every page, leading to a free introductory call.
- All services and their prices clearly on one page.
- Client testimonials where you can actually see them.
- Built as a WordPress theme, in the existing colours and feel.
The same warmth, a clear route
The practice has a site that stays warm, but now guides visitors step by step to a first conversation. The colours and feel stayed. The route became clear.
We don't have booking figures for this one yet. We'll only add them once they exist.
