Clear content for a service that supports students
A university service helps students and the boards of student societies. We made sure that help is easy to find and easy to understand, in Dutch and in English.
Help you need to be able to find
The service offers coaching, training for society boards, a support line and grief groups. All of it needed explaining clearly, for Dutch and international students alike.
Scheduling training sessions also had to get easier. Sign-ups came in through the website and then had to be planned by hand.
What we did
- A website covering the services, in Dutch and English.
- Articles on stress, burnout, grief, leadership and mindfulness, in both languages.
- Short videos that explain each service.
- Mailings to the boards of student societies and to study advisers.
- Flyers and posters, among others for the grief groups.
- An invitation and a page for an evening about leadership.
- A link that automatically moves training sign-ups from the website into the schedule.
One story, in two languages
The service now tells the same clear story online and on paper, for Dutch and international students. Training sign-ups land in the schedule automatically, so the team does less by hand.

We leave out a comparison with the year before, because the figures from then are incomplete. The result also lies in clarity for students and in the time the team gets back.
